Sarv
Sameer Hussein (Sarv) is a 24-year-old Palestinian multidisciplinary artist and electronic musician. Deeply inspired by the cultural heritage of the Mediterranean and the Middle East, his work blends dark disco, trance, EBM, and other electronic genres into captivating and dynamic soundscapes. Sameer’s recent residency in Marseille resulted in a multimedia performance exploring connections between Palestinian and French Mediterranean shores, featuring archival sounds from his village, Deir Hanna.
He has performed at renowned venues across Europe, including Cabaret Sauvage in Paris with Mahalla Collective, Le Sucre in Lyon, and venues in cities like Timisoara, Romania, and Seville, Spain. With his recent EPs and singles, including Semsem Fields and Arabia Felix, Sameer has been recognized internationally, with Mixmag naming him one of the Artists to Watch in 2025. His performances and releases continue to bridge cultural heritage and cutting-edge electronic music.
