Zaataric
Zaataric, techno music artist, draws his inspiration from a past full of emotions and resilience. Originally from Palestine, he spent his early years immersed in the richness of its culture and traditional music. His musical journey began at the Conservatory of Music, where he studied musicology and classical guitar, but it was in Europe where he honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of electronic music. His artistic project fuses the traditional and the contemporary, mixing the captivating sounds of the oud, the emblematic instrument of Palestine, with the hypnotic beats of techno. Through his music, Zaataric tells the story of his native land, seeking to reestablish Palestine's place in the musical landscape. His stage name, Zaataric, a tribute to Zaatar, the wild theme that grows courageously between the rocks of the Palestinian mountains, a symbol of resistance and perseverance.
