Karam Fares
Karam Fares is a Palestinian musician from the village of Deir Jarir in Ramallah. – ”I started my musical career in 2012 when I started learning the bouzouki at the Kamandjati Music Association until I completed the requirements for the eighth level and graduated in 2022. I have several local participations, including (the Arab Orchestra, the Ramallah Orchestra, the Concerto, and several participations with the Kamandjati Band). I have a number of courses and workshops, including teaching music to children and music therapy. I started working as a teacher of the bouzouki and music appreciation for children at the Kamandjati Association in 2024, in addition to the music education project in the UNRWA schools in partnership with Kamandjati and a music production project and the establishment of a singing group for children from the suburbs of Jerusalem in partnership between the Kamandjati Association and the Burj Al-Luqluq Foundation.”
