A unique music incubator boosting emerging artists’ talents and careers. Through NEST, we have supported over 350 aspiring artists through skills training, mentorship, and access to professional studios and equipment since 2010. Happening annually, NEST is a music incubator program with a disruptive concept of empowering artist education tools, and sharing new ways of working and approaches to music composition in today’s world.

NEST targets music performers of all genres who wish to grow and find new frontiers for their careers. We seek artists who are eager to learn from and connect with industry professionals and are willing to dedicate time and effort towards developing the creative entrepreneurship understanding needed for a sustainable career.

NEST focuses on providing a comprehensive understanding of the global music ecosystem and focuses on developing the entrepreneurial mindset that would empower artists to confidently navigate the industry and lead their careers.
Additionally, NEST focuses on the importance of building a solid music community that would support its members and create networks amongst musicians and industry professionals, locally and globally.

Throughout the different phases, the participants will greatly benefit from the expertise and knowledge shared through education and mentorship. Additionally, artists will have access to spaces for creativity, networking, production, technical assistance, in addition to guidance in terms of marketing and communications.

How is NEST designed?
NEST Incubator is implemented through 3 different phases to allow participants to focus on one area at a time and assess their development and eligibility for each stage.

An 8-week immersion into the music industry led by international experts. Covers everything from streaming platforms to music PR. You will get the global perspective you need to navigate your music career.

This is where your music comes to life. Team up with mentors and peers in a dedicated production camp. From pre-production to release, we cover all bases, aiming to disrupt the norm and set new standards.

Made it this far? Now secure a 3-5 year 360 degree Contract with Jafra Productions. We back you up with all the resources you need to produce, distribute, and go big.

Their discerning judgment identifies those most prepared to 'Break the Charts' with a comprehensive 3-5 year 360 degree contract. This selection marks a significant step for artists, promising extensive support in production, distribution, and scaling their reach.
